The Breakthrough session will help you work through specific issues you are having with your relationship with food, such as the ones described above. Of course we have to be realistic about what we can cover in 90 minutes, so before we meet I’ll ask you to fill me in on what your experiencing. I will tailor the session to your needs and hope you leave feeling confident, empowered and ready to take the next step forward.
That’s ok; I’ll go at your pace. Please know that there is never any judgement from me. I have been through my journey of binge eating, bulimia and emotional eating, and I have heard it all before. Also, please note that I am bound to confidentiality as a coaching professional, and I take this very seriously.
No. Please run a mile from anyone who says they can guarantee that. I can guarantee to offer you tried and tested tools and strategies to reduce your binge eating, but I cannot guarantee you will never binge again.
There is no obligation to book more sessions after the Breakthrough session and I can assure you that you will leave with a clear strategy for moving forward to reduce or stop binge eating. But, after our Breakthrough session, if you would like more accountability, I recommend joining either my BREAKFREE 90 Day Blueprint 1:1 Programme or my BREAKFREE Private 1:1 Coaching, so you feel supported throughout.
We can discuss these options at the end of the Clarity Call if you want to.
